Terms of service
Using biisibingo
These terms apply when you use biisibingo, whether or not you create an account. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. Using it means you accept them.
The service is provided by Luis Zuniga, Finland.
Who can use it
You need to be at least 13 years old to use biisibingo, and older if the law where you live sets a higher age for agreeing to terms like these or for consenting to the processing of your data. If you are under that age, you need a parent or guardian to agree on your behalf.
Your account
You are responsible for what happens under your account, so keep your password to yourself. Tell us at privacy@biisibingo.com if you think someone else has got into it. Do not share an account with other people, and do not create accounts to get around a ban.
What you may not post
Bingo squares, party names and display names are seen by everyone in the party. Banter, insults and swearing are part of how groups play and are not against these terms. The following are:
- Hate speech — content attacking or demeaning people over race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, sex, gender identity or sexual orientation.
- Threats of violence, harassment campaigns, or content sexualising minors.
- Anything illegal where you or your players are, and anything that infringes someone else's rights.
- Other people's personal information, posted without their agreement.
- Spam, scams, or links designed to mislead or to harvest credentials.
Hosts are responsible for the boards they create and for the parties they run. We can remove content, close a party, or suspend an account that breaks these rules.
Playing fairly
Do not tamper with boards or claims, script or automate play, try to get at other people's boards or accounts, or attack or overload the service. Reverse engineering the board verification in order to defeat it is not welcome; reporting a flaw in it is — write to privacy@biisibingo.com and we would rather hear from you than not.
Played for fun
biisibingo is a game played for entertainment. Nothing you pay for helps you win, and completing a line counts on the board and nowhere else. If a host decides to give something to the players who finish first, that is entirely between the host and those players — we are not part of that arrangement and take no responsibility for it.
The service itself
biisibingo is offered as it is. We work to keep it running and to keep your data safe, but we do not promise it will be available without interruption or free of faults, and features can change. Parties and their data may be removed after a period of inactivity.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profits, or for content posted by other users. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Ending things
You can stop using biisibingo whenever you like and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and where it is reasonable to do so we will say why and give you a way to respond.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Finland. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country you live in.
Changes
If these terms change in a way that affects you, we will say so on this page before the change takes effect. How we handle your data is set out separately in the privacy policy.
