biisibingo is run by a small team, and email reaches us directly. There is no ticket system and no bot — you will get a person.
Privacy and your data
Ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected or deleted, or ask anything about how it is handled. If you are in the EU, EEA or UK this is the address for exercising your rights under data protection law.
Security problems
If you have found a flaw — a way to see someone else's board, to act as an admin you are not, or anything that lets you reach data you should not — please tell us before telling anyone else. Include what you did, what you expected, and what happened. Reports made in good faith are welcome and we will not pursue you for making one.
Abuse and moderation
Report hate speech, harassment, threats or illegal content in a party. Include the party link and roughly when it happened, which is what lets us find it.
Everything else
Questions about your account, or a problem with a game. Say what you were doing and what you saw, and include the party link if there was one.
What to include
Tell us what you were trying to do, what happened instead, and the link to the party if there was one. If something looks wrong on screen, a screenshot saves a lot of back and forth. Please do not send us your password — we will never ask for it, and nobody from biisibingo will ever ask you for it either.
